- In 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a ruling that requires companies to collect sales tax from all states that have a sales tax. This ruling affects companies who sell through catalogs, magazine ads, mailings, and the internet. Beginning on January 1, 2019, America Remembers will be required to collect sales tax in a number of states. As states finalize the details of the Supreme Court ruling, additional states may require America Remembers to collect tax. The sales tax will be added to your order and will be displayed on your confirmation paperwork.

- 30-Day Return Guarantee: If a customer is not completely satisfied after personal inspection of his Tribute, he may return the unfired Tribute within 30 days for a complete and courteous refund.
- Cancellations are processed each week. Usually a cancellation occurs within 7-10 days after a customer’s request to cancel their order.
- It is our policy not to issue Certificates of Authenticity to anyone but the original buyer of a firearm. We DO NOT reissue Certificates of Authenticity to subsequent purchasers.
